We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at hello@larart.co.uk with a clear photo of the damage, along with your order number and name. Once we receive this, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
